What are the camp hours?

Is Camp Full Bloom a therapy program?
No. Camp Full Bloom is an enrichment-based program and does not replace speech therapy or other clinical services.
How do I enroll my child?

Danielle McGowan is the founder of Bloom Pathways and the Camp Director of Camp Full Bloom, a summer program designed to support middle school youth with diverse learning and developmental needs through structured enrichment, social development, and outdoor experiences. As an educator and speech-language professional, Danielle brings a strong background in student support and communication development, creating environments where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
Through Camp Full Bloom, she combines her professional experience with a thoughtful, student-centered approach to leadership, focusing on building confidence, fostering independence, and supporting growth both socially and academically. Danielle believes that meaningful support is not just a goal—it is a daily practice reflected in every activity, relationship, and opportunity created within the Bloom community.
Jhasiim Wiltshire was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Croix) and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2017. She is a mother of four boys, a dedicated volleyball coach, and the owner of Jha’s Pastry Studio, LLC, where creativity, leadership, and community engagement intersect.
Jhasiim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Virgin Islands. She has over 15 years of experience in education, beginning her career as a Special Education Paraprofessional. Driven by a strong commitment to student growth and equitable access to learning, she continued her professional development by earning a Master of Science in Teaching with Technology and a Master of Education in Special Education. While completing her graduate studies, she transitioned into a teaching role, further expanding her impact within the classroom.
Throughout her career, Jhasiim has developed a strong passion for inclusive education and has collaborated with educators and service providers to design effective interventions, support diverse learning needs, and foster meaningful partnerships with grade-level teams. She is experienced in creating safe, structured, and supportive environments where students with learning differences can develop socially while progressing toward academic, functional, adaptive, and life skills goals.
Her approach centers on individualized support and the belief that all students are capable of growth when provided with the appropriate tools and opportunities. In addition to her work in education, Jhasiim actively seeks opportunities to expand programming, integrate real-world learning experiences, and contribute to environments that support students, families, and the broader community.
To complete enrollment for Camp Full Bloom, families must complete all required forms below. All forms must be submitted prior to the first day of camp.
